Interim Payroll Consultant
Our HR Consulting Division is seeking a versatile Interim Payroll Consultant to support our client’s payroll operations. This contract-based opportunity is ideal for a seasoned payroll professional who thrives in a fast-paced, process-driven environment and values flexibility and impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer US and Canadian payroll using Dayforce
- Manage time, work schedules, and holiday calendars in SuccessFactors
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and maintain detailed documentation
- Solid payroll processing experience
- Familiarity with SuccessFactors and Dayforce
- Ability to work independently and navigate complex systems and processes
- Exposure to multi-country payroll environments preferred
- Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS/payroll systems
- Current knowledge of State and Federal employment law
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Process-oriented with a flexible and proactive mindset
- Willingness to support broader HRIS functions and jump in where needed
- Location: Henrietta, NY
- Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in office: Wednesday & Thursday are core days, 3rd day is flexible)
