Interim HR Consultant
Position Details:
- Location: Onsite at client in Alfred, NY
- Schedule: Estimated 20–30 hours/week, ideally 3 days/week, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Duration: Through End of Year (EOY)
- Leave management, administration, and compliance
- Recruiting and talent acquisition
- Organizational effectiveness (OE) initiatives
- General HR Generalist responsibilities as needed
- Proven experience in HR, preferably in a generalist or consulting capacity
- Ability to work independently and adapt to evolving priorities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to professionalism and confidentiality
- Experience with Banner, JazzHR, and/or Employee Navigator a plus!
