HR Works is partnering with a growing Rochester‑area organization to hire a Payroll & Benefits Specialist. This role manages key payroll, benefits, and compensation support activities while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a strong employee experience. The ideal candidate brings hands‑on payroll expertise, strong HRIS/ADP skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication.
Key Focus Areas:
- Payroll processing, reporting, and compliance
- Benefits administration and leave management
- Compensation support and annual cycles
- HRIS (ADP) data accuracy, workflows, and system maintenance
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience), strong payroll/benefits background, ADP experience preferred, CPP strongly preferred, and solid knowledge of ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, and wage/hour regulations.
